After launching the challenge at home, we decided to count down to Christmas without chocolates, only with small gestures that warm our hearts, to those who are near or far.

#An Easy, Beautiful and Delicious Recipe

PUFF PASTRY DRIED FRUIT AND CHEESE CROWN

Ingredients

1 Package of fresh puff pastry (230 grams)

1 Beaten egg Nisa Cheese (small amount)Cured Goat Cheese (small amount)

1 Cup of nuts to taste (walnuts, sunflower seeds, shredded almond)1 Small cup of dates,

plums and apricots (without stones)

Preparation 

Preheat the oven at 190ºC

Divide and cut the puff pastry into triangles.

Arrange the triangles of puff pastry, superimposed over a sheet of baking paper, in a circle, with the base turned inward and the points pointing out of the circle.

Top the dried fruit mixture with small pieces of the cheeses.

Then close the crown, grasping the ends of the triangles, taking them carefully to the center.

Brush the crown with beaten egg and sprinkle with almond. Bake for about 30 minutes.

The Christmas table will look more beautiful 😉
